We are excited to now offer an Advanced Surfing Camp option in 2015! This new camp offering is a great way for campers with previous surfing experience that want to practice with our instructors on their own board.
In Advanced Surfing, campers will learn learn lineup etiquette, wave positioning, and duck diving. Led by one of our surf instructors, campers will work on getting to the outside, recognizing and avoiding rip currents, and improving their surfing skills throughout the week.
To participate in Advanced Surfing campers must have completed 2 weeks of multi-level surfing and have proven ability to paddle to the outside, control their board, and drop into waves. Campers should also own their own surfboard.
Advanced Surfing is offered all 13 weeks of camp during our morning camp session from 8am-11am. The cost is $350 a week for full-day camp (includes Afternoon Multisport Camp), and $240 as a half-day morning camp.
