Celebrate Earth Day at our beach cleanup
In celebration of Earth Day we will be hosting a beach cleanup on Sunday, April 19th, 9am-12pm. Bring your friends or family down to Mission Bay Aquatic Center where we will have all the supplies needed for you to help in our effort to keep our beach and bay areas clean and beautiful for all to enjoy. Since we began hosting beach cleanups we have had over 200 volunteers pick up nearly 200 pounds of trash off our local beaches. Read More

Another hour of Fun on the Water
With warm weather and longer days we’ve extended our hours of operation to closing an hour later at 6pm. This gives you an extra hour to get in a paddle or surf. All rental equipment must be returned by 5:30pm. Many late afternoons the winds on the bay calm down for a relaxing kayak or paddle session. Read More

We understand how busy your schedule can get so we are now offering classes in Basic Sailing and Basic Keelboat Sailing that you can complete in just one weekend! Designed as an introduction to small boat sailing and keelboat sailing (larger boats) respectively, both classes are now offered as a Saturday/Sunday- 9am-4pm option. The class is scheduled as a morning and afternoon practice session with a one-hour lunch break. Read More
